i followed these steps to try to fix my audio now to only make it so that my computer does not see that anything is plugged into my 3.5mm slot http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/25623-solved-voodoohda-volume-slider-control-fix-2.html the only other thing i have done is change them back to false and disk utility verify disk permission and repair disk permission.
