Best part to upgrade right now?

So here's the core of my build right now:

i5-4690K

8GB RAM

1TB HDD

No GPU

Z97X-UD7 TH

And I'm having trouble like running out of RAM when using Chrome and trying to do something else that requires a good bit of RAM as well. I have to quit Chrome completely before I can use Photoshop, for example.

So I'm wondering, should I get more RAM (especially since I'm looking into building a home studio now as well)? Should I get an SSD? Would a GPU help with freeing up RAM by handling the graphical stuff?

I have about $200 to spend on this upgrade so I can't do everything I want at one time, unfortunately. I'd like the best price:performance upgrade for the money.

What would you upgrade? And why?
