I bought a 27' qnix monitor at and installed a gtx 970 into my hackintosh with the plan being to dual boot windows and game a bit. It's not working. During boot I get half a screen. Only the right half of the screen shows. You can see the split and it's right down the middle. I also have a 24' benq and it runs perfectly with my gpu at 1080p.
I don't know what's at fault. Is it some subtle setting that needs changed within the hackintosh, or is it the monitor. I've contacted the seller, but it's a pain in the ass to send a monitor back to korea so I want to be sure before I think about a return.
What do you guys think? anyone run into this problem or have this monitor/resolution running on a hackintosh?
