Accidentally installed Clover on my current Hackintosh HDD instead of on the boot install usb I was trying to make. Whats the damage?

I'm new to clover, so I thought I would give it a try on an old laptop I have sitting around.

I downloaded Clover while waiting for the installer to finish copying to the USB. I stupidly ran the Clover installer package with all default settings onto my current HDD, which is a Hackintosh made using Multi/Unibeast a few years ago.

I can see that it created an EFI and EFI-Backups folder on my HDD. I havent shut down or restarted.....I'm too scared. If I delete these folders, will that remove my screwup? Or does it go deeper than that?
