I'm having an issue in that the external USB HDD I use for Time Machine backups is causing my computer to boot very slowly. Both the BIOS splash screen and the Clover 'scanning for entries' screen take around 30 seconds each with the USB drive connected, whereas when it's unplugged it's closer to 5 seconds each.
Is it possible to disable my BIOS or clover from checking for USB drives? My motherboard is a Z87N WIFI if it helps. I've had a poke around in the BIOS, but could only see a boot order section.
