So I'm trying to dual boot Yosemite with Win 8.1 on one partitioned hard drive. I've got both OS's installed, but for whatever reason Windows only boots if I edit the boot sequence on my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5) to have the windows partition first, otherwise it gives me an error screen. Any way to get it so Yosemite's partition boots first and lets windows work?
