Fresh install. Everything is working perfectly, but in order to boot I have to have the installation USB plugged in. How can I fix this?

Hello there! I'll start off by listing my specs.

CPU: Intel Haswell i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad Core Mobo: Asus Sabertooth Z87 LGA1150 RAM: 4x 4GB DDR3 1866 G.Skill Sniper Series GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 780

I'm currently running OS 10.10.3 Yosemite, and everything is working perfectly. Sound, internet, you name it. But when I use MultiBeast to install Chimera, it doesn't seem to work. I'm installing it to the only drive I have in the system, but when I boot up it goes straight to BIOS if the USB isn't plugged in. With the USB plugged in, Chimera pops up just fine and asks if I want to boot to USB or to the SSD that Hackintosh is installed in.

How can I get a boot manager working? I'll provide any information requested.
