Hey.
First of, my system: Gigabyte X99 UD4 Intel i7-5820K Gigabyte GTX 970
So, up to now I have installed OSX with Unibeast, patched the kernel (due to X99), installed the Nvidia Web Drivers and it's working so far. Now, if I understand it correctly, I still haven't copied anything to the EFI partition (I can only boot from the installer stick so far) which leaves me the choice of Chimera and Clover. Is that correct? And if that is correct, would there be any point in trying to get Clover to run now or is it safer to wait for the Mac Pro Refresh and hope they natively support X99? I'm not dependant on the Hackintosh, I mainly use Windows on it or switch to my Macbook.
The main questions are if I could use Clover after installing with Unibeast(Chimera) and if waiting would bew any good, or if I need to reinstall anyways then (kernel patch might have messed around with it too much?). Should I just wait and boot from stick or use Chimera/Clover on the disk now?
I'm surprised of how good this works so far, I could install it without big problems, only Audio won't work so far.
edit: If that's helping, I installed it on an extra hard drive, while disconecting my windows drives.
