So from what I can tell, there's two apps that allow you to unlock your Mac using Touch ID on an iOS device. MacID (http://macid.co/) and KeyTouch (http://www.usekeytouch.com/). However, the key to both of them is that you need to have Bluetooth LE and it won't let you through setup without it. I have a Bluetooth 4.0 (LE) dongle plugged into my Hackintosh .. anyone know a way of tricking it into thinking it's a "native" Bluetooth LE device?
My build is set up to mimic a Late 2013 iMac but system information is showing Bluetooth LE as not available ... Hmmm ... ideas?
