Clover won't load on Cold Boot, but boots fine after restarting?

I was hoping you guys might be able to help me troubleshoot this issue I'm having with Clover on 10.10.3. My system normally runs great, but often it has an issue on a cold boot. If it has been off for awhile, I always get the crossed out circle. Pressing the restart button once or twice always fixes it.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thank you!
