How do I dual boot with Clover. [Not lazy]

I'm asking for advice. It went like this:

• I installed Yosemite on a hard disk that was empty. Thus I left OS X arrange the partitions as it saw fit. Then I installed Clover on the EFI partition.

• I resized the OS X partition.

• In the spare space I created a NTFS partition. I installed Windows on it.

Obviously Windows crushed Clover and now the UEFI BIOS boots Windows directly.

So my question is, how do I install Clover back again in a way that it makes it possible for me to continue using both OSes.
