Hi I'm trying to run Hackingtosh and Im having a huge problem, I thought I had a good idea of how to install it after the instructions but I have become completely stuck at the first hurdle.
I am using an 8gb USB that may just not be compatible, but I may be doing something wrong as well.
I have looked through the instructions about partitioning the hard drive through the mac disk utility and done exactly what has been said in manuals and in videos.
Setting the partition as 1 then selecting MAC OS extended (journaled) as well as case sensitive also Guid and master boot.
I have also been looking at alternative methods and I can do nothing to install the partition on the USB and have it be picked up by Unibeast or MACPWN.
I seems like I am doing everything exactly as it should be, is there something I'm doing wrong or is it a case the USB flash is not compatible? Im looking to install Yosemite.
Please help!!!
