1st Hackintosh Build: Want to make sure everything is Kosher

Just as the title says I'm building my first Hackintosh and don't have a lot of experience with the process. I just want to make sure all my parts will be compatible and that I have all the drivers that I need (Apparently there are some issues with the GTX970 and HDMI). PCPartsPicker Link
