the easiest way to creat an USB installer for El Capitan is to use MacPwn for Yosemite just rename your El capitan installer you downloaded to (Install OS X Yosemite.app) after MacPwn has finished install clover onto the same USB restart your pc and boot into the El Capitan Installer it crashed twice on me but third time was a success and everything works
