I want to make a computer with one ssd and linux, windows and os x on it. It will be connected with Ethernet to a linux server.

I want to have an automatic daily or weekly backups of the whole drive or something like that. Something that I'll be able to restore in no time and without the need to configure anything again. The backups are to be stored on the server.

I'd like to encrypt the whole thing additionally, preferably with a very good method that wouldn't be decrypt-able. I can choose from two ssds, one is goodram c40 and it doesn't seem to have hardware encryption. The other one is Samsung 840 and I think it does have it, 256bit AES.

The ability to disable or enable encryption in future when I feel like it, when I replace ssd etc. would be very nice.

I think I'll be using clover this time since it seems like a better choice.
