Installing Yosemite on a separate Hard Disk

Hi Guys, sorry for my noobness.

I am new to hackintosh but I am very excited to experience it. So anybody who could help me I will be very grateful.

Here is my system specs :

Motherboard - Gigabyte B85 D3H

CPU - Intel i5 4570

Graphics - Sapphire R9 290 Tri-x

Ram - Kingston HyperX Fury 2 x 4gb

I am currently using Windows 8 installed on my 1TB Hard Drive.

I am planning to install Yosemite on a new Hard Drive.

Things I require help regarding :

1. Will installing on a new hard drive can cause any problem with Windows.

2. Can I dual boot with Windows and Yosemite having them on different Hard Drive.

3. Which will be the best method to install Yosemite:

a. Unibeast

b.Yosemite Zone (Transmac)

1. What should be done post installation to make the Yosemite run smoothly for my Hardware.
