Alright, so i'm looking to set up a hackintosh on another PC, my current one has been on Yosemite for god knows how long and took me a good 5 hours to get full working so i'm going to do some questioning before hand for this one.
It's specs are:
i7 2600
2 Gtx 670s
Asus MAXIMUS V GENE
Some old ass ram @ 1333mhz
Is there any issues i'd run into with this build? I could never get SLI to work on the old one (2 780tis) so i'm assuming that could be an issue this time around but is the board fine? I'm assuming a Sandybridge processor should be all good?
Also, i've seen the word Clover mentioned on here a few times but have no idea what it is. I'd be dual booting on separate drives here so how would i achieve that? Assuming a bootloader through uni/multibeast? Last time i tried dual booting i hit huge amounts of issues resulting in the bootloader corrupting the second drives windows boot file (cant remember the word)
I've also heard of a new OS X release, is that officially out yet and if so capable of being hackintoshed?
Finally, am i fine to post any errors im getting on here for help?
