Running Yosemite with clover.

So basically what happens is that, at random times, audio from any program will begin to crackle, and, considering this computer is for audio production, is a big issue. From my research I'm pretty sure this has something to do with bus speed and the clock, but I'm not entirely sure what. So if somebody could explain what I should do, that'd be great.

Whoops, forgot to mention, resetting the sound card fixes it temporarily.
