Couldn't install a graphics card and now i can't get back

I have a GA-H97N mobo, and i tried to install a nvidia gtx 295 graphics card. I went ahead and followed instructions for a newer card on tonymac and when I got a white screen I tried to go back to the intel graphics off the motherboard and cant get it to work
