I have Windows on the SDD and Yosemite on the HDD. After an update through the app store if I set in the BIOS the HDD in first position it always boots the SDD with Windows. I also tried to unplug the HDD and I get the typical screen which asks to insert a bootable drive. What should I do? I still have the USB drive I used to install Yosemite, but isn't there another solution other than remake the whole process?
I shouldn't have updated through the official way?
