So I have a mac-pro tower that's just sitting here in my office. We used it for video editing for years until logic board finally crapped out and we upgraded to the trash can pro.
We're trying to sell it and and I was thinking about just buying it myself and upgrading it so it will run the new OSs.
It's a 2007 Mac Pro Quad Core 3.0. Is there any chance of me being able to stick a more modern logic board in to let it run El Capitan, or even just windows?
I'm completely new to all of this so forgive me if my questions are ignorant.
