So, my build (Z97X-UD3H, i5-4690k, 16Gb Ram) is finally stable with Windows dualboot just as I wanted. However, I am encountering a curious problem with Logic X, which is one of the main reasons I actually built hackintosh. The clean amps sound alright, though I think their sound could still be better, but when I add the distortion effect to the pedalboard plugin, the sound becomes completely broken. It sounds like static on TV or radio or something like that. I have downloaded GarageBand, cranked up the distortion, and it sounds just fine. So, the problem is with actual Logic, but I cannot think of the reason, which causes it. One suggestion is that it is caused by Latency issues, but I already tried all possible latency settings. Another is that it might be caused by downloaded content, which Logic initially downloads from the web, but I cannot remove this content because I do not know where it is located. I also thought that maybe I just downloaded a bad Logic torrent, but now I've tried a couple of them already and I encounter the same problem with all of them.
