Wanted to check in to give a big thank you to the hackintosh community for all the great references and info for getting my first hackintosh up and running. Entire process was very new to me as this was my first computer build, but with alot of research managed to pull it off hitch free with a little trial and error with boot codes. Didn't do a pcpartpicker list, but general specs are

Case: Corsair 760t (Black) Motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero vii Z97 RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengance Pro 2400Mhz CPU: i7-4790K CPU Cooler: Corsair H110 GTX Video Card: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 970 G1 Gaming Wifi Card: TTP Link pci n600 Power Supply: EVGA 1000 watt G2 gold 80plus Storage: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB (Yosemite 10.10.5) Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (Windows 10 Pro) WD Black 3TB 3.5" 64mb cache (waiting for Amazon:() Other: 2 24" Samsung monitors (1 144hz, 1 VG248he), third emachine random monitor, gmyle bluetooth adaptor, j-5 create 3.0 Network adaptor, apple wireless keyboard/trackpad.

Pretty much followed other guides for unibeast/multibeast setup. First updated bios to current version via guide/download from asus website, then went into bios and disabled LAN and selected other OS. Disabled all drives and graphics card except for yosemite ssd and unibeast flash I created on Macbook Pro. Then hit f10 to save bios exit and restarted, no boot flags needed. Once prompted at apple installation chose language and then went on to disk utility(top of screen), and formatted the yosemite drive to mac os extended journal guide 1 partition. Exited then finished install, reboot. This is where my trial and error began, I initially had to use boot flags PCIRootUID=1 and GraphicsEnabler=Yes to finish install., From there I finished post install with multibeast using same settings as similar builds but upon completion kept hanging on reboot on apple power management, so I eventually reinstalled multibeast settings with the nullpower option and was able to boot and install nvidia driver for gtx 970(Sorry forgot to mention this process was done with dvi cord hooked to integrated graphics on motherboard). After driver install for gtx 970 booted with flags PCIRootUID=1, GrapphicsEnabler=No, IGPEnabler=Yes(with dvi hooked up this time to graphics card, and was able to boot and set graphics to web driver in osx. Finished installing everything, game one last reboot and was able to hook up both monitors to graphics card and has been working flawlessly in Yosemite:). Haven't run benching on it yet, waiting to tweak bios and overclock first. If anyone has any questions or would like me to be more specific about certain steps feel free to ask.

P.S. I installed everything with 1 8GB stick, THEN added other 3. Bios of this board is great, i recommend selection XMP for memory in bios if available to load all parameters of your specific memory dimms. http://i.imgur.com/BykCfya.jpg http://i.imgur.com/gu2GYGl.jpg
