There is a known issue with headless macs where graphics acceleration is not activated unless the computer boots with a display attached. Is this issue circumvented on hackintoshes through graphics injection? If this would be a system specific consideration, the details of my system can be found in a recent post here. In my case, graphics acceleration is essential for performance of some video surveillance software.
