I've tried all sorts of boot args, including GraphicsEnabler, PCIRootUID, npci etc. but I can only get it to boot with nv_disable=1.
I installed OSX 10.10.4 using unibeast. I tried installing the nvidia web drivers, but it made no difference.
I disabled my onboard graphics in my BIOS. Does anyone have any ideas?

Intel S5000PALR Motherboard
Xeon E5320 (2x X5450 should be arriving soon)
24GB DDR2 ECC RAM
