First off, iCloud works great. It's pulled in all my information without a problem.
Handoff was also setup without any fuss. The only problem is that it only goes one way. For example, if I start writing an email on my iPhone, the icon pops up in the dock of my computer and works as intended. However, I cannot do this if I start the email on my computer. The icon for Handoff does not appear in the lock screen, nor does it show up in the multi-tasking view.
The other issue is with iMessage. My phone number and email address are registered AND working, but it seems like there is a syncing issue to my computer. I can send a message to a phone number from my computer, but it sends as a green message. That person will then get the message (it shows in green on my iPhone also), but their response will only show up on my iPhone.
I'm not sure where to begin. This is a fresh install of 10.10.5. My Apple ID and iCloud IDs have been used for many years. Before the whole iMessage security debacle that occurred last year, I was using this same computer and ID for iMessage. Even with the same (generated, but correct and valid) system serial number.
I'm not sure where to begin to troubleshoot.
