System:

ASRock Z87 Extreme4 Mobo

16GB GSkill RAM (forget exact details, sniper series I think?)

120GB Western Digital SSD

1TB Western Digital 7200 RPM HDD

Asus Geforce GTX 760 Graphics

Keyboard: Ducky 2108s

Mouse: Razer Naga

Background:

I have had my hackintosh up and running for about a month now. I have Yosemite installed on the 120GB SSD (which is the boot drive), and I have 500GB of the HDD partitioned out for use on the hackintosh. I installed Clover and it was working fine until yesterday.

Yesterday I decided to install Windows 8 on the other 500GB of the HDD in order to play some games. I had to remove the SSD in order to install it but other than that I had no troubles. I was able to reconnect the SSD, and boot into Windows several times. Then, when I was finished playing games and needed to work, I tried to boot into Yosemite. When I got to the Clover screen to select the boot option, the mouse and keyboard were frozen. I've restarted multiple times, including unplugging them and plugging them back in to get them to work and nothing seems to help. I can't figure out what's wrong, and why it suddenly would've stopped after it worked a couple times.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

tl;dr: Clover used to allow me to select which OS to boot into, now it doesn't respond to my mouse or keyboard.
