New video edit build. Thoughts?

Building for my friend who will be mostly in Avid Media Composer. Pretty basic build. Trying to keep the budget as low as possible without skimping on quality. If there's anywhere to save a few bucks let me know! I know I could do a 2gb version of the 960 for cheaper but I think he'll need that for transcoding 4k+ footage in Davinci Resolve. Also not interested in getting an unlocked CPU since apparently overlocking can lead to issues with exporting from Adobe programs. Any thoughts?
