No Sound even after Patching AppleHDA/DSDT Patch

As the title says I don't have any sound even after patching DSDT/Apple HDA.

No Luck...

Specs: Lenovo IdeaPad U510 (Bios 1.05)

  • Graphics: Intel HD4000 (1366x768)
  • Audio: Realtek ALC269VC (Vendor ID: 0x10ec0269)
  • WiFi: AzureWaves AW-CE123H (Broadcom BCM4352 & BCM20702)
  • Screen: 15.6in
  • OS: OSX 10.10.4
  • RAM: 8GB
  • Storage: 24GB SanDisk SSD (Not In Use) 750GB HDD (OSX Installed here)
