Had a few questions for you guys. I've been a hackintosher for about 4 years now and with all the new tech I've had a few questions.
1)mSATA: is it worth it? Is it hard to install on? I have a gigabyte board with a slot for it.'
2) with the new 5k monitors out. Does the base Yosemite install support 5k? Did they just upscale it for the new iMac?
3) being a good hackintosher I know that gigabyte boards are the best thing since sliced bread. Mine didn't come with a thunderbolt port. I know Asus has a PCI card that works with their hackintoshable mobos. However, is there one that works with gigabyte boards? I want to setup NAS storage and would love for Mac to help me manage it. I figured thunderbolt is the fastest tech Mac knows. What do you guys think.
