I used to use ⌘-Space to quickly open applications. But on my hackintosh, it always hangs whenever I attempt a search. The search result will come up, and then I get the dreaded spinning beachball. After about a minute, the spotlight window goes away without opening my search result.
Anyone else experience this problem or have any ideas on how to fix it?
