I have a Hackintosh set up with Clover, and I want to partition the hard drive and dual boot. I used Boot Camp assistant to create a Windows 7 installation USB from an ISO (I don't have an optical drive). Clover (and the BIOS) recognized this, but when I tried booting it I just got a black screen with a flashing cursor.
I partitioned the disk in Disk Utility, not Boot Camp, as I've heard that Boot Camp doesn't work on Hackintoshes.
Is this a problem with the installer USB, and if so, is there a better way to create one? Or could it be a BIOS config issue?
