Help: Clover boot screen, no USB keyboard, or Mouse. Also booting Windows 7 issues.

So Let me give out the background.

I have gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 Motherboard, I installed Yosemite in SSD1 and I installed Windows 7 in SSD2

I have a Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard and a Mircrosoft Mouse, when I use my clover USB stick to load, it shuts off my microsoft USB Keyboard/mouse. however if I connect my Logitech mouse, it works fine... any one have a clue what could be the problem here?

now when I try to run windows 7 SSD (either the small partition or the main one) I get a boot error, Boot\BCD\ anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
