[HELP] Dual-booting Yosemite with Windows 10?

CPU: Intel i7 4790.

GPU: R9 290X

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H97M

So I just built my Hackintosh and I decided to go ahead and get Windows 10 installed first. I've now partitioned a USB with UniBeast and Yosemite and every time I select the USB from the boot device menu, it immediately takes me to Windows 10.

How do I get my computer to boot the USB? When I hold down the hotkey to go to the bootloader it still goes straight to Windows, even with the USB selected as my first boot device in my system settings.
