Help with Virtual Machine and Bootable OSX Usb

Lets say I have gotten a Bootable USB with OSX Yosemite by following step 2 of this tutorial (http://www.instafuze.com/?p=587). Can I now use this usb to make a virtual machine on vmware so I can run mac on my pc without the bootable usb. Please can someone help me with the steps. Thanks
