This isn't for a Hackintosh but i figured this is the best place to ask. The airport card on my 2011 macbook pro got fried so I got a Edimax EW-7811Un Wi-Fi USB. This one works well but the range is poor and I struggle to connect to public networks (school, library). I'd like one with a good range, it would be a plus if it could also connect to my school network which uses a username and password (the public network will be gone by next summer)
