I've been trying to trouble shoot this for a few weeks now. I will say I can natively boot El Capitan, just no usb in the IO table at all. I have used the DSDT rename patch to change my USB port names from EUSB and USBE to EHC1 and UCHI. Then I've used a second patch to correct that into EH01 and EH02 in my clover config. I've tried RampageDev's SSDT patch, DummyUCHI and XHCI, RehabMan's FakePCIID patches. I've tried to follow each step that people recommend for each solution but I'm still coming up at a loss.
So clearly, I'm doing something wrong. I'm attaching a link to everything I think would be useful for diagnosing my issues. However if there is something else that anyone needs to help please let me know. I get the feeling that my issue is with the DSDT patches and probably my Clover config.
