[Question] is it difficult to install el capitan in comparison with yosemite?

I have yosemite 10.10.4 and as el capitan is around the corner, i want to know if it is going to be difficult to install it.

My specs: I7 4770k Maximus vi hero z87 Gtx 460 (yeah need to change it...) 16gb ram
