I just upgraded by build from El Capitan DP3 to DP8 via the App Store and now I cannot boot into my machine. Booting in verbose stops right after the first 10ish lines with "appleintelcpupowermanagement ... initialization complete".

Did some quick reading around and I think it's something to do with the rootless flag. After some more reading, apparently I have to boot into the recovery partition and disable System Integrity Protection, however I cannot even do that. It attempts to boot into my recovery partition but it gives me a solid white screen, even when booting in verbose. Any ideas? Everything was perfect up until I upgraded.

UPDATE: Left it on the white screen and now my mouse has decided to show up but it's the spinning circle. Hopefully something else will happen in the next few mins.
