AMD-FX8350 / NVIDIA 750 - what does the community use these days for AMD installs?

I'm used to doing multiple different Intel builds but haven't researched AMD builds for the last 2 or 3 years.

Anyone mind pointing me in some directions of known installs that work with this combo?
