my ps4 is pretty quiet tbh dont notice it but when i play a pc game its so so loud even though i bought new case and fans and running optimal.
I have 7950 HD MSI and heard these cards are in fact louder than others is this true. Any other tips.
I have to play with headphones on its so annoying.
Any advice for new and better card that is known to be pretty quiet and how come my ps4 is quiet? I have 2500k 3.3 ghz cpu i think so need a card that wont be bottlenecked by that.
