About to build the best bang for buck editing rig for the sole purpose of FCPX, and maybe Premiere.
Please critique between z97 build vs x99 build
Which will be the better performer? The x99 build is about 200$ more but with potential for further upgrades, how much longer will the z97 remain relevant in the years to come with its limitations?
I have already have a nic/case/ps/bunch of extra fans(do they sell just a liquid heat sink separately?)
If I could build both... I would post results myself! I'll try... but my 2nd baby is due in April, so I can't spend like crazy.
