Build a High Powered Hackintosh? Or just buy a Macbook Pro?

I plan on designing a Hackintosh to use for Sound Design and Mixing with Pro Tools, as I currently own versions 10 and 11.

• Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor
• ASRock X99 Extreme4 ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
• 12GB RAM
• GTX 970
• (etc..)

Or should I just buy a Macbook Pro? All in all, its going to cost me roughly the same, but I'm not sure if I should go for more power for a home station setup, or go for less power but add portability.
