Can't reach OSX installer help! z97 gtx 980

Hi all,

I have a asus z97-i plus and was following tonymacx's most recent guide and can't seem to get to the osx installation.

My build:

• 4790k
• Asus z97-i plus
• 2 x 8 gb corsair dominator platinum 2400mhz
• Asus strix 980
• 850 evo 500gb

I have set up the usb with el capitan following the guide and chose graphics to be nvidia, and then booted from the usb (secure boot off)

I reached the clover menu and tried selecting Boot Mac OS X from usb, and I see the apple logo then it hits a "panic(cpu 0 caller ...) "zone_init: ..." and restarts.

I tried using -v, and it says "Osxaptiofixdrv... using reloc: no using wake/hibernate: no"

Then it reboots again. I've tried nv_disable=1, still no go.

Anyone have ideas? Please let me know if you need more info or details!
