OSX gets unbootable again and again, as fsck on boot fails to repair the corrupted file system catalog. Sometimes it works for several days, then it does not out of the sudden. The filesystem gets corrupted to a point, where neither fsck, disk utility, nor testdisk are able to repair it.
I have to use a bootable DiskWarrior usb several times a week, as it is the only tool I found capable of repairing these issues.
The SSD I use is perfectly fine, SMART values are good as well. Already tried a complete wipe, and reinstalled with new partition table, but the issue persists. Windows and Linux worked fine before.
Disk Utility shows my SSD as external Sata, could there be a connection?
Relevant parts of my setup: Haswell Xeon E3-1271v3 - GTX 970 - Samsung SSD 840 Pro
OSX is completely vanilla, except the Nvidia Cuda + Web Drivers and Steam Controller kexts.
All other kexts are installed to Clover ESP: FakeSMC IntelMausiEthernet VoodooHDA + AppleHDADisabler GenericUSBXHCI
Any advice?
