After spending about 8 or 9 hours getting everything working it seems I am not having any problems.. Except when rebooting, my mouse and keyboard don't work at all on the login page.
Now rebooting a few times, or fiddling with the USB ports will fix it. But it is a hassle and can take up to 10 minutes to get working again. I am not using USB 3 ports for either and plugging them into a USB hub sometimes works. If anyone has an idea on how I can fix this it would be extreme appreciated!
