Hello, I've made a big mistake (I think). I thought it'd be cool to add some SSDT stuff to make hackintosh use my CPU at 4.0 GHz instead of 3.6 GHz. So, I tried following this tutorial: http://ift.tt/1PzKpkj

With the aid of clover configurator, I pressed the magic wand, selected iMac, and chose 15,1. I realized though, that the board-id did NOT match the one in the tutorial definition, at this part:

Intel Core i7-4790K @ 4.0 GHz Mac-FA842E06C61E91C5:iMac15,1

So, I just went ahead and copy pasted the ID into clover configurator, and rebooted hoping it would work finally. It did not work, I was greeted with a black screen after seeing the Apple Logo and progress bar.

I did make time machine backups of the system working, how can I safely go back to that? I've heard that time machine will not be able to fix my clover setup. Is there a way I can go into safemode and possibly edit the plist myself? I have no idea what values to use, and since I'm new to this I'm fairly certain that will mess it up further.

Surely there is some easy way to undo this mistake right?

Edit Additionally, by black screen I mean my display just gets no signal and turns off, the computer keeps running though.

Here are my parts:
