I have £500 for a hackintosh. What parts are the best to buy? wanting to buy used, so I can get most performance.

I've got £500 for a hackintosh. I want parts that are easily hackintoshable since I havent done one before. wanting to buy older generation parts so that I can get the BEST performance. Will be used as a workstation pc.
