In need of help, El Capitan running great on virtual box, but no sound.

Hi lovely people,

i am running El Capitan with virtual box, everything works great except there is no sound. I checked around and it shows that audio speakers are connected and it even shows audio output, i just cannot hear it through my speakers or headphones. Any advice?
