After following the installation instructions for El Capitan on Tony's. My computer froze at bios before I could complete the installation (part where you go to USB for second time, under post install instructions). I turned off my computer took out the ssd, turned it back on. It froze again. I turned it off, then on, did not freeze. I turned off the computer, plugged in the ssd, turned the computer on. No freeze, finished my installation, installed clover and all the additional steps. Turned computer off, turned it back on and freeze occured.
This has been an ongoing problem before the this install, and my other ssd has the same problem. My motherboard would freeze at boot with A2 error on the mother board. Every time I turn it off, take out the ssd, turn it on, freeze, turn it off. Turn it back on, no freeze. Turn it off. Plug in the ssd. Turn it on, no,freeze access clover and boot into El Capitan. Upon restart freezes again.
My speculation is the motherboard needs to be replaced, but I would like to try to exhaust all other options before trying to grow a new money tree in my house.
